DialAmerica Marketing, Inc. Data Breach: Murphy Law Firm Investigates Legal Claims

Apr. 22, 2022 / PRZen / OKLAHOMA CITY — Murphy Law Firm is investigating claims on behalf of all individuals whose personal and confidential information was compromised in the data breach at DialAmerica Marketing, Inc. (“DialAmerica”).  In July 2021, DialAmerica became aware of suspicious activity on its network. Following a forensic investigation, DialAmerica determined that cybercriminals had infiltrated its network and gained unauthorized access to, and may have even taken, confidential files containing the personal information of thousands of individuals. The exposed personal information included:

– Social Security numbers
– Financial account information
– Health information
– Addresses
