Nov. 29, 2022 / PRZen / DENVER — The Reserves at Green Valley Ranch, 4857 N Salida St., project has been billed as one that will have a lasting impact on the city of Denver.

Denver’s Department of Housing Stability (HOST) recently celebrated the grand opening of The Reserves at Green Valley Ranch, a mixed-income apartment community providing affordable housing for low- and moderate-income households. The Reserves is a 216-unit community, with 144 of the residences established as income-restricted housing.

Biggie Blinds Denver was appreciative of the opportunity to support the effort that created an affordable housing community by ensuring that when tenants move in they are greeted by durable, functional and modern window coverings.

“This was an ambitious effort that will positively impact the area for a long time, and everyone at Biggie Blinds was excited to be a part of it,” said Biggie Blinds owner Matthew Diddy. “It’s heartening to think about the number of people who can have a safe, private and affordable apartment to call home, and the fact that we provided the window coverings for these apartments is wonderful.”

Biggie Blinds recently installed window coverings in one-two-and-three-bedroom units in the last of the nine buildings that make up The Reserves at Green Valley Ranch.

“It’s always a rewarding feeling to complete a project,” Diddy said. “But, when it is a large project that will have a meaningful impact on the local community, it feels even better.”

Providing services to Denver and the surrounding areas, such as Colorado Springs and Fort Collins, the company has established a reputation as one of Colorado’s leading window-covering dealers/installers.

As a family-owned and operated business, they have served the area since 1984.

Among Biggie Blinds’ customer-focused services are flexible consultation schedules and weekend product installations of products from leading window-covering suppliers.

“Biggie Blinds Denver is committed to exceeding our customers’ expectations,” Diddy said. “From one home to one thousand homes, we look forward to continuing to care for all window covering needs.”
