{"id":7911,"date":"2022-07-04T16:02:06","date_gmt":"2022-07-04T16:02:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/marylanddailygazette.com\/fidic-announces-member-association-excellence-awards-shortlist-for-2022\/"},"modified":"2022-07-04T16:02:06","modified_gmt":"2022-07-04T16:02:06","slug":"fidic-announces-member-association-excellence-awards-shortlist-for-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/marylanddailygazette.com\/fidic-announces-member-association-excellence-awards-shortlist-for-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"FIDIC announces Member Association Excellence Awards shortlist for 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitaljournal.com\/pr\/fidic-announces-member-association-excellence-awards-shortlist-for-2022\">FIDIC announces Member Association Excellence Awards shortlist for 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<p><div><a href=\"https:\/\/marylanddailygazette.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/hjPIqZ.jpeg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-29\" title=\"FIDIC announces Member Association Excellence Awards shortlist for 2022\" src=\"https:\/\/marylanddailygazette.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/hjPIqZ.jpeg\" alt=\"FIDIC announces Member Association Excellence Awards shortlist for 2022\" width=\"225\" height=\"228\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p>International engineering federation FIDIC (the International Federation of Consulting Engineers) has announced the shortlist for its prestigious Member Association Excellence Awards for 2022. <\/p>\n<p><strong>London, UK \u2013 July 4th, 2022 \u2013<\/strong> Winners of the awards, which showcase, reward and highlight the achievements and successes of FIDIC\u2019s international member associations and the work they do representing the global consulting industry, will be announced at a gala dinner and awards ceremony on the evening of Monday 12 September 2022 during FIDIC\u2019s Global Infrastructure Conference in Geneva.<\/p>\n<p>After considering all the awards submissions, the judging panel have agreed the following shortlist of candidates for the FIDIC Member Association Excellence Awards 2022.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Association of Consulting and Engineering New Zealand<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e5dgivende Ingeni\u00f8rers Forening (Association of Consulting Engineers) \u2013 Norway<\/li>\n<li>Association of Consulting Engineers of Zambia<\/li>\n<li>Danish Association of Consulting Engineers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The four FIDIC member associations mentioned above have been shortlisted for awards across the following categories \u2013 Best Advancement of a Cause, Advocacy Campaign or Event, Best Publication or Website and Best Diversity and Inclusion Initiative.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on the shortlist, FIDIC CEO Dr Nelson Ogunshakin, said: \u201cAs the engineering, construction and infrastructure sector finally emerges from the long shadow of the Covid pandemic.
