2nd Annual Be Great! Humanitarian Awards Hosted On Opening Day of Disney\u2019s 100th Anniversary Kick-off Celebration<\/a><\/p>\n

Anaheim, CA, USA \u2013 July 21, 2022 \u2013<\/strong> Be Great! is hosting its 2nd Annual Humanitarian Awards event on September 9th, 2022, following the opening day of D23 Expo, and in celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the Walt Disney Corporation. Be Great! teamed with nonprofit Create Impact\u2122 to produce the 2022 Be Great! Humanitarian Awards in the Grand Ballroom of the Anaheim Marriott Convention Center.<\/p>\n

This one-day event creatively mixes a magical, experiential, and immersive celebration of humanity featuring a VIP Champagne Reception, Food & Drinks, Red Carpet Photo-ops & Interviews, Live Music, Social Impact Initiatives, the Humanitarian Awards Ceremony, and an After-party celebrating Disney100. Special guests include Award Ceremony Host Dr. Greg S. Reid (Author, Speaker & Founder of Secret Knock<\/a>), a reunited cast of The \u2018All New\u2019 Mickey Mouse Club, and surprise celebrity appearances. Entertainment announced so far includes En Vogue\u2019s Rhona Bennett<\/a>, Tony Lucca<\/a> (NBC\u2019s The Voice), The Party\u2019s<\/a> Deedee Magno Hall & Chasen Hampton, and Lindsey Alley\u2019s<\/a> hilarious multi-media show, \u201cBlood, Sweat, and Mouseketears.\u201d<\/p>\n

Carefully selected from over 100 nominations, Be Great! presents approximately twenty Humanitarian Awards each year. Announced 2022 honorees include Leigh Steinberg (Founder of Steinberg Sports & Entertainment<\/a>), Khalilah Ali (Humanitarian\/Author), Larry Namer (Founder of E! Entertainment<\/a>), Emily Lartigue (Founder of Cast Member Pantry<\/a>), Sir Alec Stern (Co-founder of Constant Contact<\/a>), Rachel Carlsen (Founder of Carlsen Partners<\/a>), Eric Power (Founder\/CEO of Veteran\u2019s Disability Help<\/a>), Dame Dr. Munni Irone (Founder of Art 4 Peace<\/a>), and JB Owen (Founder of Ignite Humanity<\/a>). Additional honorees will be announced in August.<\/p>\n

Multiple types of tickets are available (General Admission, VIP Admission, and After-Party only), in addition to three amazing VIP Concierge Experience packages.
