She quickly realised that her local church was not all it seemed to appear to be. She discovered there were illicit activities being conducted in the church her family attended. Upon informing her mother, she was told that \u201cNo church is perfect, it is made up of imperfect, sinful people.\u201d<\/p>\n

She felt betrayed and began questioning God and religion<\/strong>. Soon, Linda decided to find her own truth about God. This led to her journey of spiritual freedom and liberation.<\/p>\n

In her book, \u201cIs There a God?\u201d Linda Newman encourages readers to ask questions they\u2019ve been afraid to ask so they can build a strong connection with God.<\/p>\n

\u201cGod has never stopped us from asking questions. He encourages His people<\/strong> to seek answers to as many questions as possible so that we can find the truth for ourselves. The local church discouraged us, telling us that some things don\u2019t have an answer. That is not true. There\u2019s an answer to every question and God encourages people to seek the answers so they can find Him,\u201d commented Linda Newman, talking about the misconceptions about God the church encourages.<\/p>\n

However, the book is not limited to religious people. It\u2019s for those who want to better themselves and their lives; normal people who are seeking a way to battle their inner demons, and come out victorious.<\/p>\n
